Keeping the lower limbs aligned is vital for seating and personal care. The crumb foam filled positioning abductor pommel offers a soft and comfortable support between the knees, to assist in preventing the knees and skin pressing together and thus reducing the risk of skin damage to these areas.
This is can be beneficial in side lying positions, when in seating and when lying supine. The amount of foam within the pommel can be adjusted as necessary.
